A free domain is included with annual shared hosting plans. Check the plan details at checkout for which extensions are covered and note free domain offers usually apply to a specific list rather than every extension we sell.
It depends on the plan. The number of addon domains allowed is listed against each plan at checkout. If you need more later, upgrading takes minutes.
We'll tell you rather than silently cutting you off. If you don't want to add resources or upgrade and the account keeps exceeding its limit, it's suspended until you upgrade or the following month begins.
